Artwork for
your feature

Supply artwork or content for your feature here and our design team will begin building your feature.

There are two ways to supply artwork for your feature:

Supply Print Ready Artwork

Please ensure all artwork for print is supplied in line with these specifications. We do not accept any responsibility for print errors or late deliveries where artwork has been supplied incorrectly.

Specifications for supplied artwork

 Setup

Please ensure that the artwork document size is correct. Ensure no excess artwork remains on the artboard. Files should be supplied with no bleed & No Crop marks.

 Colour

Unless specified all colour printing is full colour and should be completed and saved in CMYK. Please delete all unused colour swatches from the colour palettes. Do not use Pantone or similar colours.

 Transparencies

If using the transparency functions in Illustrator and Freehand generated files transparencies must be flattened and the files then converted to PDF or bitmap (TIFF or JPEG) before supplying.

 Resolution

All Images non-vector artwork should be supplied at 300DPI.

 Type

All fonts used should be converted to paths, curves or outlines. Minimum font size 7pt.

 Overprint/Knockout

Please ensure that no elements of the design are set to overprint.

 Artwork Origination & Supply Method

We prefer native Adobe Illustrator files as well as PDF and EPS. PSD, TIFF and JPEG formats are also accepted. Artwork may only be emailed if the file size is less than 10 megabytes.

Please note Medical Together cannot accept responsibility for any unwanted results from artwork originally generated in any other programs such as Microsoft Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc regardless of what options are available for final saving.

Information required to design your feature

Supply the following information

Your Logo: Preferably in PDF, EPS, or high resolution JPEG (300dpi), in CMYK format. Providing your logo and any other branding assets you have will assist our designers in understanding the look and feel of your brand.

Ad Content: We are all about making sure you get the most from your feature. We recommend that you have a think about what makes your business different from the rest. You could alternatively include a service you would like to promote or a specific promotion that you may like to offer (please avoid time based promotions as they will age poorly with print materials).

A Call to Action: Please provide a point of difference for your business or something unique that will bring value to your customer, encouraging them to take action.
